Job Summary

The Corporate Associate will preferably have between 2 and 3 years of prior corporate legal experience with a law firm and will be a member of the Firm’s Corporate practice group. This is a full-time position and may be in either the Austin office or the Houston office.  Partnership track position. Responsibilities of the position will include supporting the corporate practice group; advising clients on corporate governance and structure matters; negotiating and drafting company agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents; and handling M&A transactions, private placement and bank financings, and private investments.  Compensation will be commensurate with relevant experience.
